Megan is the co-founder and president of United for the Unsheltered of Kalamazoo (U4U), leading the organization with vision, passion, and dedication. She helps guide the organization’s mission while fostering a compassionate and supportive community. Her leadership and commitment have been instrumental in growing U4U into a trusted and vital resource for Kalamazoo’s unsheltered neighbors.

Marketing and Social Media Director

Heather Weinert

Heather has been part of U4U for about two years, helping share our mission and connect with our community. She manages our marketing and social media presence to help raise awareness, engage supporters, and amplify the voices of our unsheltered community. In her role, she creates content, share stories, and coordinates campaigns that highlight the work we do.

Accounts Manager

Adrian Giambrone

Adrian, oversees the financial health and operations of U4U. He manages budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures that donations and resources are allocated efficiently to support our programs. Adrian works behind the scenes to maintain transparency, accuracy, and accountability, helping the organization run smoothly.

Events Coordinator

Hannah Gingrich

Hannah has been a blessing to our community and plays a crucial role in bringing U4U’s mission to life. She plans, organizes, and executes events that engage the community, raise awareness, and support our programs and leaves a positive impact on both participants and the individuals we serve.
